Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and corporate customers.
- Identify and pursue recent projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
- Coordinate with estimation, tender, technical, and project teams for successful project acquisition.




- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.

Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the Construction & Building industry.
- Strong network with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Proven track record of generating and closing construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction projects, tenders, BOQ, and commercial proposals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
