We are looking for experienced Auto Finance Sales professionals to drive Current Car Loan and Used Car Loan business through automobile dealer networks and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive New Car Loan / Used Car Loan / Auto Finance business through dealer channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and channel partners.
- Handle and motivate a team of Finance Executives to achieve business targets.
- Drive retail finance penetration, VAS sales and portfolio growth.
- Generate business through existing as well as new dealer relationships.
- Coordinate with Credit,



Operations and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Monitor team productivity, business performance and market activities.

Candidate Profile
- 36 years of relevant experience in Auto Loan Sales / Car Loan Sales / New Car Loan Sales / Used Car Loan Sales / Auto Finance.
- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, Captive Finance or Auto Finance companies preferred.
- Strong experience in Dealer Relationship Management.
- Team handling experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of automobile finance and dealer/channel sales.
- Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
