nWe are looking for experienced Business Development professionals to drive our C&I; Solar EPC and BESS business.

n

n? Locations: Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka

n?‍? Experience: 3+ Years

n? CTC: Open to discuss

n

nC&I; Solar EPC

n✅ Experience in C&I; Solar Project Sales / EPC

n✅ Must have handled projects of 300 kW and above

n✅ Experience with Industrial & Commercial customers

n✅ B2B / Project Sales / Enterprise Sales experience preferred

n✅ Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, RESCO & Open Access is an advantage

n

nBESS

n✅ Experience in BESS / Battery Energy Storage / ESS sales

n✅ Experience handling BESS projects in kWh / MWh scale

n✅ C&I; BESS / Outdoor BESS experience preferred





n✅ Robust techno-commercial and negotiation skills

n

nKey Responsibilities

n✔️ Generate and convert new business opportunities

n✔️ Identify C&I; and BESS customers and build a strong pipeline

n✔️ Manage customer meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures

n✔️ Develop key accounts and channel partnerships

n✔️ Achieve revenue and sales targets

n✔️ Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams
