Principal Accountabilities

- Setting sales strategy for revenue generation for international Export market.
- Solid understanding of international trade practices, INCOTERMS & knowledge about export documentation.
- Plan on how to greet and present company in exhibition
- To achieve the given sales targets from new buyers only
- Strategy for exploring new market by the defined products or new
- Tracker for following up with existing client.
- Generating leads from B2B portals, Trade Fairs, Agents and direct outreach
- Generate leads from online sites such as LinkedIn, Volzo, Exim sites
- Address customer queries, manage after sales support and ensure customer satisfaction within the defined TAT
- Analysis costing report and competitor data and improvising our strategy
- Coordinating design and development team for promotion item.
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line in the FMCG product markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.




- Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
- Prepare periodic Dashboard with Analysis on the overall Sales (Order taken and executed)
- Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers and internal staff.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and to enhance profitability of the company.
- Payment follow-ups with the client
- Should have handled Volumes

Education preferred MBA – International Sales/ Business Development

Experience

8 years and above

Industry

Exposure in FMCG, Cosmetics, Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Pharma, Laminates , Construction material (any 3 of the list provided)
