Spicetree Design Agency (SDA) is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys conversations, networking, research, and turning potential leads into meaningful business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email, calls, online research, and other channels.
- Reach out to prospects and initiate conversations about our services.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant SDA solutions.
- Schedule meetings and assist the Business Development team in preparing for client discussions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations, and other BD material.
- Keep CRM/lead trackers updated with accurate information and follow-up status.
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative, digital, and client servicing teams to understand and communicate our capabilities.

Who We’re Looking For
- A graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field .




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking to new people and initiating conversations.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Positive research and internet skills.
- Organised and comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM/lead management tools.
- Ability to follow up consistently and take ownership of assigned leads.
- Prior internship or sales/BD experience is a plus, but not mandatory .
