Role Description This is an in office Business Development Intern role based in Patna. The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying prospective clients, collecting contact information, and maintaining lead databases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing local market trends, and preparing basic reports and presentations to support business decisions. The role involves assisting with customer outreach, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting customer service interactions under guidance from the business development team.



The intern will also collaborate with team members on business development strategies and may contribute to events, meetings, and field visits as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate market trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with customers, team members, and partners.
- Ability to perform lead generation activities, including identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Experience or interest in market research and basic data collection in an agricultural or business context.

- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Patna.
