Position: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our partner network. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

- Onboard and manage vendors, partners, and clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.

- Negotiate contracts and partnership terms.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Generate leads through networking,



referrals, and digital channels.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and business reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Knowledge of Telecom, mVAS, DCB, Digital Content, or IT Services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
