Role Description The Business Development Intern will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting efforts to grow Cosurj’s user base and deepen engagement within key communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential partners and organizations, supporting lead generation campaigns, and assisting in outreach to colleges, companies, clubs, and NGOs. The intern will conduct market research to understand community needs, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and help prepare presentations or proposals for prospective partners.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, gathering feedback from users and partners, and contributing to strategies that improve the overall adoption and impact of the platform.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for outreach and collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, with interest in identifying and qualifying new partnership or user opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including basic knowledge of surveying, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service orientation, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse stakeholders and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Interest in community-building, platforms, or SaaS products, and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
