Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will support the team in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. This internship is designed as a pathway to permanent employment, with the vision of hiring strong performers into full‑time roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to streamline recruitment and onboarding for BD roles.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Contribute to team discussions on strategy, growth, and process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria





- MBA/BBA students or recent graduates with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Stipend ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)

Internship Agenda The internship is structured to identify and nurture high‑potential candidates who demonstrate ownership, analytical ability, and strong communication skills. The ultimate vision is to convert successful interns into permanent Business Development Executives at BTB Venture Group.

PPO (Pre‑Placement Offer)

Outstanding performers during the internship will be offered a Pre‑Placement Offer (PPO) for a full‑time Business Development Executive role, based on performance evaluation and organizational fit.
