WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
ThinkNew is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow.
Location: Lucknow | Full-Time | On-Site
Timing: 11 AM – 7 PM
Experience: 1–3 Years | Freshers with strong skills may apply
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Reddit & other platforms
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, lead nurturing & client coordination
Promote webinars and marketing campaigns
Maintain leads in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
Create basic marketing content using Canva
Convert leads through effective communication and follow-up
Skills We’re Looking For
✔Excellent English communication & professional writing
✔Strong WhatsApp & LinkedIn marketing skills
✔Lead generation & client follow-up expertise
✔CRM-friendly and well-organized
✔Confident in communicating with and convincing high-intellect professionals such as Professors, Doctors, Scientists, Researchers, Research Scholars, Engineers and other experts
✔Ability to understand client requirements and communicate the value of Patent, Innovation & Research Consulting Services
✔Target-oriented, persuasive and result-driven
✔Basic Canva knowledge is a plus
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Performance Incentive: 7% of the revenue generated by you
