Business Development Executive – Print & Branding Services /n Location: Jaipur /n Work Arrangement: On-site / Field-based /n Experience: 2–6 Years /n Employment Type: Full-time About the Role /n We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our printing, outdoor marketing, event branding, advertising, signage and corporate branding solutions. /n The role involves lead generation, client meetings, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, developing relationships and converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, references and online research.

/n

- Identify and approach potential customers for printing, outdoor advertising, event branding, signage and promotional solutions.

/n

- Develop relationships with corporates, advertising agencies, event companies, retailers, brands and marketing teams.

/n

- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.

/n

- Recommend suitable printing and branding solutions based on customer requirements.

/n

- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.

/n

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.

/n

- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.

/n

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.

/n

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Operations and Finance teams for smooth execution.

/n





- Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

/n

- Visit customer locations, project sites, events and exhibitions as required.

/n

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and new business opportunities.

/n Ideal Candidate /n /n

- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Client Acquisition.

/n

- Candidates from Printing, Digital Printing, Outdoor Advertising, OOH, Branding, Signage, Events, Exhibitions, Advertising, Media or Corporate Branding will be preferred.

/n

- Proven experience in lead generation and new customer acquisition.

/n

- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.

/n

- Comfortable meeting clients independently and understanding their requirements.

/n

- Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.

/n

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

/n

- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.

/n

- Good commercial understanding and willingness to learn about products and services.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a relevant field.

/n

- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
