Location: Haryana/Delhi (Sonipat/Kharkhoda/Rohtak/Gandhra) Experience Required: 3–5 years in Real Estate Sales (with team handling experience) Time - 10 AM to 7 PM Salary - 35-50k (Incentives) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager in the real estate sector, specifically in plots/land sales. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project sales in the Haryana region/Delhi (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak & Gandhra).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plot sales
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
- Generate and oversee lead generation activities (digital, references, etc.)
- Handle high-value clients and close critical deals
- Conduct site visits with clients and support team members when required
- Maintain solid relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis




- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead management
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of deals
- Enrollment for New channel Partner's Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, especially in plots/land sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- In-depth knowledge of Haryana/Delhi real estate market (Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Rohtak & Gandhra)
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive targets
