? Hiring: Business Development Intern / Executive – Zyromate ERP

⏳ Initial Period: 2 Months

? Stipend/Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month + Performance-based Commission

We are looking for a Business Development Intern / Executive to join our team and help grow Zyromate ERP, a business management solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify potential ERP leads.

Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach and other B2B sales activities.

Connect with business owners and decision-makers.

Understand customer requirements and introduce Zyromate ERP.

Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.

Follow up with prospects and support conversions.

Maintain lead and sales activity records.

Work closely with the product and business development team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in speaking with customers/business owners.

Interested in B2B Sales, Business Development, ERP & SaaS.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Freshers are welcome.

Previous sales/BD experience is an advantage.

? Compensation & Growth

₹15,000/month fixed pay + performance-based commission on successful business conversions.

After the initial 2-month period, based on performance, candidates may be considered for a Business Development Executive position with additional incentives/commission opportunities.
