Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospects across residential, commercial, and lifestyle projects. The role includes managing client relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate terms.



Daily responsibilities involve market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up consistently to convert leads into long-term clients.

The Business Development

Executive will work closely with leadership to meet sales targets, support strategic partnerships, and represent the brand professionally at client interactions and industry events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business understanding and Account Management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or interior design business development is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
