✅ Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr & Freelancer

✅ Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

✅ Experience in lead generation & prospecting

✅ Confident in cold calling and client communication

✅ Robust sales & negotiation skills

✅ Experience in IT Services / IT Staffing / B2B Sales will be an advantage

✅ A proactive, target-driven and go-getter attitude

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Identify and generate new business opportunities

? Manage and grow business through freelance platforms

? Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting

? Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling and other channels

? Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements

? Prepare proposals and negotiate with potential clients

? Convert prospects into new clients

? Build and maintain long-term client relationships

? Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets
