Job Summary

ArtUs Brand is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, promoting ArtUs Brand’s services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, social media, email, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business and digital marketing requirements.
- Present and explain ArtUs Brand’s services and solutions to potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making calls and interacting with clients.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
