Job Summary:

We are seeking agile and results-driven Business Development Executives to manage the end-to-end journey of candidates enrolled in our skilling programs. This role encompasses pre-sales activities, admissions, and overall program coordination, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for each learner, from enrollment to completion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with prospective students/clients to meet enrollment targets and support their learning journey effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; counsel prospective candidates on program structure, benefits, and career prospects.





- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and messaging to drive conversions.

- Serve as the single point of contact for enrolled students, addressing queries and providing guidance throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.

- Fresh graduates (2025 pass-outs) with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and the skilling/education industry.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
