Foodcoast International is expanding its footprint in the food and beverage industry, and we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive – HoReCa to join our growth journey. If you have a solid network across hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses—and love driving high-impact B2B sales—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients across the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Quick-Service Restaurants, and Institutional Caterers).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, head chefs, purchase managers, and F&B; directors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets.

Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and commercial negotiations.





Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the food service sector.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in the HoReCa / Food Service / FMCG industry.

Network: Existing relationships with local HoReCa stakeholders and purchase managers are strongly preferred.

Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.

Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, with a knack for field sales and lead conversion.

Education: Any graduate .
