About the Role

Aalekh.ai is looking for a Business Development Executive with a background in Finance/Commerce to drive B2B sales of our AI-powered accounting and finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with CA firms, CAs, SMEs, founders, and finance teams.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct product demos and explain Aalekh AI's solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS, Fintech, or Financial Services.
- Good understanding of accounting/finance concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of GST, Tally, or accounting software is an advantage.
