Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruchirappalli. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and promoting the company’s training and career development programs. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting service offerings, and following up to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Executive collaborates closely with the training and placement teams to align solutions with client needs, manages key accounts,



maintains accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, and prepares regular sales reports. The role also involves participating in events, seminars, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate proposals, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present training solutions clearly, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in sales or business development within education, training, or IT services sectors.
- Candidates should be comfortable working towards targets, using CRM or sales tracking tools, and analyzing basic sales metrics.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli are required.
