Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth in the Retail Interior & Furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and market visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Design, Estimation & Production teams.
- Generate leads, arrange client meetings, and follow up on enquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitors,



and new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Retail Interior, Furniture, Modular, Construction or related industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
