Job Purpose

Responsible for handling leads, following up with prospects, converting opportunities into customers, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads from CRM and marketing campaigns.
- Contact leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable STEM-Xpert products/programs.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Convert qualified leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
- Update lead status, follow-up dates, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Submit daily sales/activity updates to the reporting manager.
