Inflyix is a growing company focused on delivering effective marketing and business solutions to clients. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who can help us generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable services and solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations when required.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Work towards achieving assigned business and revenue targets.

Requirements:




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking and interacting with potential clients.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate and manage leads.
- Good follow-up skills and a proactive approach towards work.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.

Salary and Advantages: Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Performance-based incentives will be provided.

The final salary package will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, performance, and suitability for the role.
