Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the studio/photography industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by pitching and selling our studio’s end-to-end photoshoot services including high-end e-commerce, commercial product photography, and fashion/model shoots to brands, agencies, and e-commerce sellers.

The ideal candidate possesses deep domain knowledge of the photography production lifecycle, strong corporate networking skills, and a track record of closing high-value service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & Lead Generation

- Proactively identify, prospect, and pitch prospective clients, including e-commerce platforms, D2C brands, fashion labels, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies (cold outreach, networking, social selling, industry events) to build a robust pipeline of photoshoot projects.
- Drive sales across both key offerings:
- Product Photography: Tabletop, catalog, 360-degree, creative/lifestyle product shoots.
- Model & Fashion Photography: E-commerce lookbooks, editorial campaigns, garment shoots, and model rosters.

2. Client Relationship & Solution Pitching





- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their creative, branding, and asset requirements.
- Present customized studio solutions, detailed proposals, cost estimates, and pitch decks to decision-makers.
- Manage end-to-end deal negotiations, contract closures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

3. Studio Operations Alignment & Proposal Management

- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to scope project requirements and pricing accurately.
- Ensure clear handoffs of client briefs and expectations to the production team post-sale.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional value-added services such as photo editing/retouching, video production, model sourcing, and set design.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Upto 2 years of sales or business development experience specifically within a photography studio, production house, or creative media agency.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the photoshoot lifecycle, model hiring/caste processes, usage rights/licensing, product styling, post-production, and studio rate cards.
- Network: An existing network of contacts among e-commerce sellers, D2C brand managers, fashion houses, or marketing agencies is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare accurate commercial quotes, margin calculations, and formal business proposals.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
