We are looking for a target-oriented BDE to handle leads and promote our UAE recruitment services.
Responsibilities
- Contact leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidate requirements and explain suitable opportunities.
- Explain the recruitment process and applicable service charges.
- Convert interested leads into customers.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
