What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying prospects, demonstrating our software solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

- Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified business opportunities.

Product Demonstrations

- Conduct engaging product presentations and live software demonstrations.
- Explain business benefits, ROI, and use cases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.

Sales & Customer Acquisition

- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Collect customer feedback for product improvement.

CRM & Reporting

- Update sales activities in CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred (not mandatory)
- 0–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Hospitality Software, Real Estate, or Community Management Software is an added advantage
