? Hiring: Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager

HARWINN Insights is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager to join our team.

? What you’ll do

- Identify and acquire new clients for HARWINN
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our research team to develop suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation → meeting → proposal → closure
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Contribute to HARWINN’s expansion across India and international markets

✅ What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in client acquisition / business development / B2B sales
- Experience in market research, consulting, research services, or a related industry is preferred




- Proven ability to generate and convert recent business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable reaching out to senior decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth-stage company
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B lead-generation channels

? Compensation ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month , depending on experience and proven business-development capability.

Performance incentives / profit-sharing opportunities may also be available based on business generated.

? Location: Gurugram / Hybrid

? Shift: Day & Night shifts available
