We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.

This is an inside sales role with NO sales targets, focused on customer communication, lead follow-up, relationship building, and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and share quotations or required information with customers.
- Convert genuine business enquiries into potential opportunities.




- Ensure timely follow-up and skilled customer service.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally over phone and email.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, BDE, Telecalling, Customer Relationship or Business Development will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, confident, presentable, positive, and comfortable communicating in English, with a genuine interest in building a career in business development and customer relationships. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
