Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to support business growth in the freight forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing client relationships, promoting freight services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities and potential clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import, Export, and Logistics services.

- Conduct client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Operations Team for suitable solutions.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations and business proposals.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.





- Prepare regular business development and sales reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.

- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Sales, or Business Development preferred.

- Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, and shipping documentation is an advantage.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.

- Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.

- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
