What you will do

Part 1 — Grow the online business (roughly 50% of your time)

- Plan, shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, YouTube Shorts) with our faculty — minimum 12 pieces per month

- Manage our Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Google Business profiles

- Write captions, landing page copy and SEO blog content for ACCA, US CMA and B.Com topics

- Run and optimise Meta and Google lead-generation campaigns within an agreed budget

- Track what works: reach, enquiry volume, cost per enquiry — and report it weekly

Part 2 — Counsel and convert the leads (roughly 50% of your time)

- Call every digital enquiry within 30 minutes during working hours

- Understand the student's background (B.Com, CA dropout, working skilled) and recommend the right programme honestly

- Explain course structure, exam pattern, fees, EMI options and career outcomes for ACCA and US CMA

- Log every interaction in TeleCRM and run structured follow-ups until admission or a clear no

- Coordinate demo classes and counselling sessions with faculty

- Feed back what students actually ask about into your next month's content

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
