About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management, with the ability to convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.

- Conduct cold calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

- Negotiate with clients and work towards successful closures.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update lead status.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, meetings, and sales activities.

- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.

- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
