Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current clients and collaborations across industries and global markets

- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships

- Build relationships with prospective clients

- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

- Manage the sales pipeline

- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages

- Track metrics to ensure targets are met

- Assist the founder by reading and researching new opportunities, drafting emails, proposals, and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communication

- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners

- Discover and explore business opportunities

- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials

- Help close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations

- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering or directing inquiries

- Make creative, strong,



and impactful presentations

- Create case studies of past work to demonstrate credibility

- Help the founder and team create social media content and creative ideas for marketing the business

- Attend events and conferences with the founder to support networking opportunities and create content, reels, and other creatives for social media

- Create proper documentation and filing systems and record meeting discussions

- Correct proposal-making as per BrandMatterz's standards
