Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build relationships with prospective partners, clients, and institutional stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing and delivering presentations about academy programs, and supporting outreach campaigns and events. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools,



and following up consistently to move prospects through the business development pipeline.

The associate is expected to contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and represent Industry Ready Academy in a professional, learner-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients or partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering and analyzing data on competitors, trends, and potential opportunities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, drafting emails, and presenting information.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems is beneficial.
- Prior experience or internships in sales, business development, or education services will be an added advantage.
