Role Description The Business Development Associate for Technical Training is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The associate will identify and engage potential institutional and corporate clients for technical training programs, focusing on electronics, robotics, and related hardware solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing market research, generating and qualifying leads, delivering presentations and demonstrations, and supporting the design of training offerings aligned with client needs.

The role involves maintaining client relationships, coordinating with technical and operations teams to schedule and deliver trainings, and tracking performance metrics for ongoing improvement. The associate will also contribute to marketing initiatives, such as events and workshops, to promote iBots.in’s training and hardware solutions.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to build and manage a pipeline of training clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer segments, industry trends, and competitor offerings in technical education and hardware solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of electronics, microcontrollers, robotics, or related technical domains; ability to learn and explain hardware and training solutions confidently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, science, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in business development, training, or technical sales is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Coimbatore and readiness to participate in workshops, seminars, and promotional events as required.
