Role Description The Business Consultant role at Click & Fly Holiday is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Business

Consultant will analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize operations, sales, and customer experience in the travel domain. Daily responsibilities include working with leadership to enhance tour package offerings, assessing market trends, preparing business reports, and refining pricing and revenue models. The role involves consulting with internal teams and B2B partners, improving processes,



and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.

The Business

Consultant will also collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to assess business needs, design solutions, and guide process improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients, and to present recommendations clearly.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand pricing, revenue models, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
