We are recruiting for a Business Associate in the GCS Central Operations Team of KPMG Business Services Reporting @ KGS team. The role will involve working closely with the service management team onshore and offshore:

The role will include working closely with the onshore and offshore managers of Service Delivery Operations Team to delivery accurate and high-quality MI. It will also involve drawing out insights from the data and preparing impactful summary

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities will include.

- Support the Service Management Lead in achieving the quarterly and annual plans for MI delivery
- Submit monthly updates on the actions recorded from the service reviews
- Ensure monthly dashboards are analysed prior to release with potential area of review on Action Plan
- Looks for opportunity to improve processes where possible and makes suggestions to the Service Management Lead
- Support the Service Management lead in creating and implementing Service Improvement Plans
- Data collation for tasks under reporting across various onshore teams
- Understanding of key metrics and business set up/ taxonomy
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs for operational activities




- Work on medium-high level of MIS and reporting
- Deliver medium-high level of reports with intelligent summarization of the report
- Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in deliverables
- Exposure to more advanced Data Management and Visualization such as MS Power BI etc
- Willingness to learn current tools
- Should be open to multitasking

Qualifications

MBA (preference to specialization to Operations) Certifications in Data Management and Visualization tools
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Comfortable in managing large data sets
- Knowledge on tools like Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, SharePoint etc.
- Ability to draw insights from data and summarize it for understanding of business users
- Advanced level knowledge of Power Apps & Power Automate
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal & Written)

Preference - candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in reporting role in Corporate Responsibility departments OR MI roles in reputed companies (including boutique Data Science companies)
