Role Summary:

Location : Bengaluru, Gurugram & Pune

Business Analyst will play a critical role in the delivery, approvals, delegation, and holiday management. This role operates in a techno-functional capacity, partnering closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into clear,

actionable requirements within an Agile delivery environment.

The role is responsible for end-to-end requirements management, functional documentation, process analysis, and supporting successful product delivery across multiple

Agile sprints .

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional

Specifications, gap analysis documents, and process flow diagrams
- Analyse and document current and future-state business processes using process mapping and workflow techniques.

- Define data requirements and contribute to data models, including database structures and data mapping.
- Translate technical specifications into clear business and user requirements, and vice versa.
- Assess functional and non-functional impacts of changes in technical architecture.
- Create, own, and refine epics and user stories; participate actively in backlog grooming and sprint preparation.
- Work closely with development teams during design and implementation, providing clarification and guidance on requirements.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning,

sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Participate in sprint reviews and support demonstrations of completed functionality to stakeholders.

Skillset & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile-driven projects.
- Strong experience in techno-functional roles, including database models and data mapping.
- Experience working with API-driven products, with working knowledge of

JSON definitions.
- Proven ability to create high-quality functional documentation and test cases.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools for visualizing user interfaces and workflows.
- Good Experience with Agentic AI
- Understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience supporting change management and helping stakeholders adapt to recent systems or processes.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, technologies, and business environments.
