Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst specializing in Project Management for a hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for work from home. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting business requirements, and ensuring business processes align with organizational goals.



Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication between teams, developing solutions to improve processes, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis for identifying, interpreting, and solving business challenges
- Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in project management, process optimization, or change management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
