About the engagement

You will be working as part of the Nestingale delivery team — sitting between the business and the AI build, turning what people need into requirements the team can ship against. Hands-on analysis that makes sure we build the right AI thing — not just writing documents, not gathering wish-lists.

What you'll do

- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for applied-AI features through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Translate them into user stories, specs, and measurable acceptance/evaluation criteria the team can build against
- Define what "good" looks like for an AI feature — success metrics, evaluation sets, edge cases
- Work with data — profile sources, help shape datasets, validate assumptions
- Partner with product and engineering to keep scope aligned; support UAT and sign-off





Who you are

- 3–6 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in data, analytics, or AI/software delivery
- Strong at structuring ambiguity into transparent, traceable requirements
- Comfortable with data (SQL) and with reasoning about how AI features are measured
- Curious about LLM/GenAI products; hold your own with business stakeholders and technical teams alike

Must have

Demonstrated delivery — you've turned real business needs into requirements that shipped as working features, and can walk us through one — with strong skills in defining measurable outcomes.

- Requirements tooling (Jira / Confluence) · SQL / data analysis · applied-AI product concepts (RAG, prompts, evaluation) · nice to have: exposure to GenAI / LLM products
