InQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is 19+ years old Chennai based web development company looking for a reliable and experienced Business Analyst or Project Lead or IT projects Client coordinator to manage mobile and web app projects.

Role & responsibilities

You will work directly with Indian and international clients and make sure the project is planned, tracked, and delivered on time. You will also manage developers, designers, and freelancers which can be challenging, so robust communication and follow-up skills are a must.

This is a Business Analyst role focused on client coordination, not a Data Analyst position.

Role Expectations

- This is a Work From Office (WFO) role; remote or hybrid work is not available.
- You will manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously across regions such as Australia, the USA, the UK, India, and others. So you have to ready to handle this.
- You must be comfortable working across different time zones and cultures, including attending late-evening client meetings when required.
- You may need to travel to client locations (mostly within Chennai, rarely within Tamilnadu only) and attend in-person meetings based on project requirements.




- You are expected to maintain quick turnaround times and meet agreed deadlines.
- Responsibilities include requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, help documents as PPT, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, MoMs, and related documents.
- You may also prepare proposals, effort estimates, scope documents, and change requests.
- You will coordinate closely with designers, developers, QA, project managers, freelancers, and clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered correctly.
- You will support testing and UAT, track issues/defects, conduct client demos, and help ensure successful project sign-off.
- You will provide clients with regular project updates, risks, blockers, timelines, and action items.
- You may be required to mentor and review the work of junior/fresher Business Analysts.
- You should be willing to learn new business domains quickly and adapt to different project requirements.

Salary compensation:

INR 200,000 to 400,000 per annum for experienced. If your expectations are higher that, please don't apply.

Working Hours:

9 am to 6 pm

Monday to Saturday - (2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays)

Weekend or holiday support may be required only in emergency or critical project situations.
