Role Description This is a full-time remote Business Analyst Internship role. The intern will support the analysis of business processes, gather and document business requirements, and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across financial, legal, and software solution services.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, participating in meetings with stakeholders, and helping translate business needs into clear,



actionable requirements for technical and operations teams. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the development and testing of new workflows or solution enhancements.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data and derive insights.
- Understanding of Business Process mapping and optimization, with the ability to support process documentation and improvement initiatives.
- Skill in gathering and defining Business Requirements and translating them into clear specifications for stakeholders.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings, write transparent reports, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity or data analysis tools; exposure to business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Interest in financial services, legal compliance, and technology-driven business solutions; prior internship or project experience in these domains is beneficial.
