The role involves planning and designing business processes, assisting in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities, working on system designs and business architecture, supporting development and quality assurance efforts, supervising the documentation of client�s business requirements and processes, and designing, building, and maintaining a stable and effective infrastructure. Collaboration with development and system SMEs is also essential.

Responsibilities

Key functions include understanding company needs to define system specifications, planning and designing the structure of technology solutions, communicating system requirements to software development teams, evaluating and selecting appropriate software or hardware,



overseeing assigned programs and providing guidance to team members, solving technical problems, ensuring the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, addressing technical concerns, designing functional technology solutions, overseeing development and implementation of programs, and providing technical leadership and support to software development teams.

Qualifications

B.TECH,MCA / MBA,PGDM (Insurance) Certifications in insurance (FLMI), financial services or IT Business Analysis preferred 10-12 years of relevant experience
