About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring seamless implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring and deploying Oracle CPQ modules, with a deep understanding of sales and quote-to-cash processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to optimize quoting workflows, streamline approval processes, and enhance overall sales operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects across various industries, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and improving business efficiency.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations.



A strong understanding of sales operations, pricing strategies, and quote-to-cash processes is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience in configuring Oracle CPQ modules related to pricing, configuration, quoting, approvals, document generation, renewals, amendments, and asset-based ordering.

Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics from a functional integration perspective is highly desirable.

Certifications in Oracle CPQ Cloud or related business analysis/functional consulting fields will be an added advantage. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, quoting, and pricing processes, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle CPQ Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain business process flows, user stories, UAT test cases, traceability matrices, and SOP documents to support implementation and training.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle CPQ with CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and others.




- Participate in Agile delivery practices such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and defect triage to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct business validation sessions, user acceptance testing, and provide post-implementation support to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Assist in training end-users and creating comprehensive training materials to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
- Maintain documentation related to configuration changes, business processes, and system enhancements to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
