About the Role

EP Soft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst / CSM who can act as a bridge between clients and technical teams. The role requires understanding business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, coordinating with development and design teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Prepare user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and project teams for timely execution.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Support project planning, requirement prioritization, and backlog management.
- Monitor project outcomes against business objectives and client expectations.




- Handle ongoing client communication, feedback, and enhancement requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure a positive client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
- Experience working with software development or IT projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, user stories, and project tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
