About The Role We are hiring a Business Analyst – Pharma for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will support business decision-making through data analysis, process improvement, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and the ability to transform business requirements into actionable insights and effective business solutions.

What you'll do

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.

Analyze sales, product, market, customer, and operational data.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, business presentations, and management reports.

Monitor KPIs, sales performance, product performance, and business targets.

Identify process gaps and recommend business improvements.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.

Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Support ERP, CRM, analytics, reporting, and other technology implementations.

Participate in UAT, testing, issue identification, and implementation.

Maintain documentation of requirements, processes, reports, and project updates.





Provide actionable insights to management based on business and market data.

What we're looking for

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role, preferably in Pharma/Healthcare.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial/business processes.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Experience with Power BI/Tableau will be an advantage.

Basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in requirement gathering and process documentation.

Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, MIS, forecasting, and business reporting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
