Hiring: Business Accounting Process Trainer

Position: Business Accounting Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on Business Accounting & Finance Processes
- Train candidates on practical accounting concepts and business finance operations
- Cover Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Provide training on Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Explain GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation and month-end processes
- Train on accounting software/tools such as Tally / ERP / Excel as applicable
- Conduct practical exercises, case studies and assessments
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure trainees understand real-time business accounting workflows

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field




- 2+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance / Business Process Training
- Prior experience as an Accounting / Finance Trainer preferred
- Solid knowledge of business accounting processes
- Practical experience in AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation and Financial Reporting
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidates who can handle classroom training preferred

Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred
