We are looking for an experienced Broadband Operations Domain SME to provide domain leadership for AI-driven transformation programs focused on broadband service operations and customer experience.

AI & Transformation Responsibilities

• Define and validate broadband operational workflows and AI use cases

- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics-driven optimization
- Support AI use cases based on CPE and Broadband Network Telemetry
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Operations Teams
- Validate operational data, telemetry, KPIs, and customer experience metrics
- Convert troubleshooting procedures and SOPs into structured knowledge assets
- Support UAT, stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and operational sign-offs
- Define baseline KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs
