Role: Braze integrations Specialist

Requirements:

- Braze integrations – hands-on experience integrating Braze with external systems and platforms. Understanding of Braze, Canvas, campaigns, customer journeys and marketing toolkit.
- Event & data understanding – ability to understand what events can be captured from Braze and how to map them to customer journeys.
- Campaign performance dashboarding – key requirement to build a detailed campaign performance dashboard with visibility into campaign/journey performance, step progression and drop-offs.
- Customer journey analytics – ability to provide step-level visibility into users entering, progressing, completing and dropping off from campaigns.
- Integration capabilities – experience working with APIs,



data flows and integrations both into and outside of Braze.
- Marketing technology ecosystem – familiarity with other marketing/technology platforms used alongside Braze.
- Node.js & Cloud – practical experience with Node.js and cloud environments to support integrations and solutions.
- Enhancing existing capabilities – Problem solving mindset. Expected to identify opportunities where integrations and existing capabilities can be extended to deliver additional value.
- AI/MCP exposure – understanding of how MCP/AI agents can be leveraged with Braze for data retrieval, analytics and workflow automation is an added expectation.
