Role Description The Breakfast Service Steward – Morning Shift is a full-time, in office role based in Candolim, responsible for delivering a smooth and welcoming breakfast experience for guests. This role includes preparing and organizing the breakfast buffet or à la carte setup, ensuring food and beverage items are replenished and presented to brand standards. The steward will greet and seat guests, take and relay breakfast orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Daily tasks also involve maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen team,



following food safety procedures, and supporting basic inventory checks. The role requires adherence to hotel policies, collaboration with colleagues, and a professional, guest-first approach throughout the shift.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to manage breakfast setups, service, and basic product knowledge.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn standard operating procedures and support onboarding of new team members.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and housekeeping practices in a hospitality setting is beneficial.
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant breakfast service, or in front-of-house hospitality roles, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work morning shifts reliably, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced service environment.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a guest-focused mindset, with willingness to follow established processes and guidelines.
