Role Description The Branch Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all processes. This role includes supervising transaction processing, loan documentation, customer onboarding, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The position also involves monitoring branch performance metrics, managing risk controls, resolving customer issues promptly, and providing guidance and training to branch staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong branch operations management skills, including process oversight, workflow optimization, and resource coordination.
- Experience in financial services or banking operations, with familiarity in loan processing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of branch management systems and MS Office tools.
- Effective people management and leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle queries and escalations professionally.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, multitask in a quick-paced environment, and meet operational timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in banking/finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an operations manager, branch manager, or in a similar supervisory role within financial services is preferred.
